Diversified Property Management and Real Estate Services is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Valley, OR

Local business seeking a full-time maintenance technician who is responsible for completing building maintenance, repairs and performance of unit turnover duties on residential buildings. Tools and vehicle provided.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Complete duties on turnover checklist include servicing appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures. Repair or replace old and faulty parts. Re-key locks. Interior and exterior painting. Minor sheetrock repair, finish carpentry and cleaning.

Complete Corrective Maintenance: Satisfies service requests following company procedures to repair and maintain building functions.

Complete Emergency Building Maintenance when assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
Must be a team player that can work with residents and co-workers in a professional and courteous manner.
Time management skills
Ability to document work time, functions and job completion
Organizational skills
Ability to perform work without supervision
Knowledge of basic maintenance tools
Knowledge of HVAC systems and household appliances
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

The position reports to the maintenance supervisor or business manager depending upon the staffing.

The company offers to eligible full time team members health insurance, dental, vision & life insurance. A company 401k plan, paid vacation and holiday pay. Other benefits include on the job training, personal and job development courses.

Valid Driver license and auto insurance, satisfactory pre-employment background check and drug screen are required
